STUDIO PILATES
Semi-Private class in the studio using Pilates Studio equipment and small apparatus and props. Up to 4 clients max per instructor and all exercise movements are tailored to individual needs. 50min session.Private classes are one on one with your instructor.
PRIVATE $75 – 50 minutes
SEMI PRIVATE $32 – 50 minutes
ONLINE MATWORK
Live online classes delivered by Zoom. All you need is a suitable space and a mat to start.
$15 /45 – 60 minutes
